Return and Refund
RETURNS
All items you ordered in our online shop can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and that the attached label has not been removed.
Returns can be requested and managed in your customer account.
RETURN CONDITIONS
1.1 Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This means items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on). In addition, all tags and labels must remain intact.
1.2 Underwear and swimwear are excluded from returns, as these are hygiene items.
1.3 If such excluded goods are nevertheless returned, PÉROLAS will send the items back to the customer and charge the shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been processed and the refund issued, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEM / EXCHANGE
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@perolas.de
Items cannot be exchanged. Please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order.
