Shipment
Shipping time to Germany is 2-5 working days.
The current shipping rate for Germany is €5.00.
Shipping time to the EU is 5-10 working days.
The current shipping rate for the EU is €10.00
Returns and refunds
RETURN
All items ordered from our online shop can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the ordered products are in their original condition and that the corresponding label has not been removed.
You can request and manage returns in your customer account.
RETURN
1. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received. This means that items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying them on). Furthermore, all tags and labels must be intact.
1.1 If the goods are nevertheless returned, PÉROLAS will send the goods back to the customer and invoice them for this shipping.
REFUND
Once your return has been processed and the refund issued, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear back on your original payment method.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEM / EXCHANGE
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@perolas.de
Items cannot be exchanged. Please return the item you no longer want and place a new order.
